KALAT – At least eight terrorists belonging to Indian-backed group Fitna al Hindustan have been gunned down in series of intelligence-based operations in Kalat District, Balochistan, the military’s media wing said.
In a statement, ISPR said the first operation was conducted on July 19, 2025, in which four militants were neutralized based on precise intelligence. Acting swiftly, security forces launched a deliberate follow-up sanitization operation in the surrounding areas on July 21, during which four more terrorists linked to the same group were hunted down and eliminated.
Forces also dismantled militant hideout while a cache of weapons, ammunition, and explosives was recovered, preventing their potential use in subversive activities.
The operations mark a major blow to Fitna al Hindustan, a proxy network allegedly operating under Indian sponsorship with the intent to destabilize peace and hinder development efforts in Balochistan.
Pakistani forces reaffirmed unwavering resolve to root out terrorism and safeguard national integrity. “In close coordination with the people of Pakistan, we remain committed to neutralizing all threats to the peace and progress of Balochistan,” ISPR said.
