LONDON – The Pakistan High Commission in London has announced a facility allowing overseas citizens to transfer their properties to buyers in Punjab without visiting Pakistan.
In a post shared on X, the High Commission said the initiative was introduced in line with the vision to facilitate overseas Pakistanis by extending consular services. It stated that digital property transfers for Punjab are now available directly at the High Commission of Pakistan in London.
It said the process is simple and does not require a power of attorney, third-party involvement, or agents. It described the service as a transparent, swift, and economical option for overseas Pakistanis, eliminating the need for travel for property transfer procedures.

“We are pleased to process the digital transfer of property for Mr. Fazal and family,” the High Commission said in its post, adding that their feedback about the service was also shared.
Overseas Pakistan in UAE, Saudi Arabia Set to Get This Facility
The Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA) also announced that the facility will soon be expanded to overseas Pakistanis in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) within 30 days through joint cooperation between PLRA and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The initiative aims to provide overseas Pakistanis with easier access to property-related services through digital procedures and reduce difficulties associated with traditional transfer processes.
