New Campus of cadet college Murree inaugurated

New Campus of cadet College Murree was inaugurated by Rear Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi, SI (M), Director General, Naval Intelligence, on 27 November, 2021.

Cadet College Murree is one of the well renowned private Cadet Colleges of the country. Owned by Mr Abdul Waheed Burdi, this college was established at Kashmir Point Murree in 2002. The second campus of Cadet College Murreelies in the scenic surroundings of Ghora Gali.

The new campus comprises purpose built buildings fulfilling all the prerequisites of a cadet college i.e an impressive academic block, four residential houses, mess, auditorium, living accommodation for the staff, sports courts, guard room and administrative block. A number of prominent educators and retired armed forces personnel are serving the college.

Managing Director, Mr Abdul WaheedBurdi, received the chief guest and a smartly dressed entourage of cadets presented Guard of Honour, which was followed by addresses by the Principal Col (Retd) Khalid and the Chief Guest.

The select gathering was attended by officers from local civil administration and the armed forces of Pakistan, as well as prominent local personalities in addition to cadets and their parents.
