Member Incharge Federal Ombudsman Naveed Ahmed Sheikh accompanied with Associate Advisor Dr. Riaz Ahmed Memon, visited the Overseas Pakistanis’ One-Window Facilitation Desk at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP) here on Thursday.
They engaged in detailed discussions with representatives from various departments stationed at the desk regarding the complaints lodged by travelers.
Officials present at the desk informed Naveed Ahmed Sheikh that the majority of complaints are related to “Protectorate” issues faced by travelers.
The Federal Minister emphasized the need to ensure the effective functioning of the One-Window Center, stating that it should cater not only to overseas Pakistanis but also benefit ordinary travelers.
Naveed Ahmed Sheikh instructed the staff present at the desk to ensure 100 percent attendance and performance.

Furthermore, Naveed Ahmed Sheikh emphasized the importance of maintaining a monthly report of complaints received at the facilitation desk to identify areas of concern for travelers.
Additionally, Naveed Ahmed Sheikh and Dr. Riaz Ahmed Memon visited the immigration counter and directed the FIA Deputy Commissioner to ensure maximum facilitation for travelers.
