Multan Sultans successfully completed the joint second-highest chase in T20 cricket history over Peshawar Zalmi to lock in the third spot in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 8 table while sealing their place in the playoffs as well.

Only one spot in the final four is left with Quetta Gladiators and Zalmi vying for a place with Lahore Qalandars, Islamabad United and the Sultans safely through.
