Kundi visits JI KP office

Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi; Wednesday visited Jamaat-e-Islami Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter office in Chaghalpura in the outskirts of Peshawar and met the provincial head of Jamaat-e-Islami Prof. Muhammad Ibrahim Khan. During the visit to the center, members of provincial assembly Ahmad Karim Kundi, Ehsanullah Khan Mian Khel and Arbab Zarak also visited the gover-nor.

While Jamaat-e-Islami’s former provincial senior minister Inayatullah Khan, former member of the National Assembly Saber Hussain Awan, provincial general secretary Abdul Wasee, provincial deputy general secretary Sohebuddin and others were also present in the meeting.

In the meeting, various issues including the political situation of the province were discussed. In the meeting, it was also discussed to discuss provincial rights with the federation and prepare joint recom-mendations to get the province out of the financial crisis. Jamaat-e-Islami appealed to the governor to play a role in making concessions in the tax system in the merged districts, especially in the former PATA. The concerns of the people should be removed.
