The senior leader of APHC- AJK and chairman of Jammu and Kashmir People’s Freedom League, Muhammad Farooq Rehmani has strongly condemned the unjustified actions of siege and search in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) and the arrest of innocent people by the Indian troops.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Mohammad Farooq Rehmani, in a statement, condemned the arrest of well-known lawyer Mian Abdul Qayyum by the Indian police on false charges, saying that the dispute is the main cause of uncertainty and instability in the Kashmir region.

He said that the Indian government is taking illegal steps to change the ratio of the population in IIOJK. Muhammad Farooq Rehmani said that the racist Indian leadership of the BJP will defeat the Kashmiri people in the upcoming assembly elections. It is also trying to impose.

He said that yoga is a practice of Hindu civilization which has nothing to do with the Muslim community of IIOJK but still Modi did this in Srinagar which is very sad.

Rehmani said that BJP leadership It wants to assert its dominance over the assembly of the occupied region, but it may face a severe reaction from the Kashmiris.

He said that the Indian Hindutva government should be aware of the fact that Kashmir is neither a religious issue nor is it a bilateral dispute between India and Pakistan, rather it is an issue of the right of self-determination of around one and a half million Kashmiris.—KMS
