The Tourism and Creative Economy Ministry has launched its financing access facilitation program in Maros, South Sulawesi, to strengthen the tourism and creative economy sector in tourism villages.
“This facilitation is to strengthen the tourism and creative economy sector that exists in tourist villages in South Sulawesi, such as in Rammang-Rammang village,” Tourism and Creative Economy Minister Sandiaga Uno said.
“The financing will be based on CBT (community-based tourism),” he added in a statement issued on Saturday.
The model provides major business opportunities and job creation potential for tourism village residents in South Sulawesi.—ANTARA
