The General Secretary of National Conference, Ali Muhammad Sagar, has said that the present dispensation in occupied Jammu and Kashmir has failed on every front.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Ali Muhammad Sagar in a statement issued in Srinagar said the authorities in the territory prefer to rule by ordinances, diktats.
He said the rule of law, accountability and democracy have long since collapsed and unrelenting pressure on journalists and employees have become the norm of the day.
The administration is only busy in pomp and show and has turned its back on the increasing woes of the people, who continue to suffer for the want of basic utility services, Sagar maintained.—KMS
