The Karachi police on Tuesday took custody of Hassaan Khan Niazi, nephew of PTI Chairman Imran Khan after an anti-terrorism court granted his two-day transit remand to Sindh police.
The District East Police took Niazi’s custody for interrogation in case lodged against him on the complaint of a citizen named Muhammad Iqbal in the Jamshaid Quarters police station.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Hassaan Niazi and his accomplices have been booked in a separate case in Karachi for inciting people to revolt against national institutions.
