Gold Rates Fall Massive Rs10400 Per Tola In Pakistan Check New Prices

KARACHI – Gold prices witnessed massive drop on Tuesday, wiping out more than Rs10,000 per tola as global precious metal markets came under intense selling pressure.

On June 23, the price of gold per tola plunged by Rs10,400, falling from Rs442,636 to Rs432,236 while rate for 10 grams of gold also witnessed a steep drop of Rs9,360, settling at Rs368,985 compared to the previous Rs378,345.

Silver prices were not spared from the sell-off. The white metal recorded a substantial decline of Rs487 per tola, pushing its price down to Rs6,664 from Rs7,151.

The sharp correction in local gold prices followed a significant downturn in international markets. Global gold rates tumbled by $104 per ounce, bringing the price down from $4,202 to $4,098 per ounce, including a premium of $20

As the sudden dip offers temporary relief to buyers, investors are keeping close eye on global developments as uncertainty continues to dictate price movements in both gold and silver.
