Right after assuming the charge of Vice President, Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Raja Muhammad Anwer has shifted his focus towards Industry-Government connect. In pursuit of establishing a strong liaison for bilateral relationships between provincial government and industrial sector, we are acting as a bridge, he added.

We have to have a two-way bond in order to present our concerns, reservations and suggestions to the provincial government, and we are leaving no stone unturned to present our case, loud and clear. FPCCI has been successful in taking up the issue of Jhelum and Chakwal chambers with the provincial government. Approvals have been given by the government for the transfer of land for both the chambers.

As soon as we get the possession, we shall initiate construction work on the sites for Jhelum and Chakwal Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Both the cities have contributed massively towards the industry and unfortunately, there existed no formal set up for the chambers earlier.
