A factory building collapsed when fireworks exploded here on Monday. Rescue sources said that fireworks exploded with a bang at a manufacturing factory spread over 2-kanal land near Chak No 113, Jasuana Road, Rawal Chowk. As a result, the factory building collapsed.
However, no loss of life was reported in the incident. Rescue teams reached the site and started a rescue operation. According to the team, four to five men were working in the factory at the time of the explosion but they all remained safe. The rescue team, however, recovered three motorcycles under the debris.
