Cold, dry weather expected

Islamabad—Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) Monday forecast mainly cold and dry weather in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.
According to the PMD, foggy conditions are likely to prevail over plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh during night and morning hours.

Minimum temperatures recorded on Monday were Skardu -05øC, Hunza -04øC, Gilgit -03øC and Astore -01øC.
Meanwhile, the Lahore Met office reported that mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the province including Lahore during the next 24 hours.
According to the Met office, shallow foggy conditions are likely over plain areas of Punjab including Lahore, Multan, Sahiwal, Sialkot and Sargodha divisions.—APP
