Deputy Commissioner Umer Farooq Warriach visited District Headquarter Hospital Hafizabad on Thursday and inspected children emergency, computerized patient ticket system, waiting area, medical, surgical, children wards, CCU, gynecology, nursery wards, dialysis centre, X-Ray room and other departments of the hospitals in details. Medical Superintendent Dr. Shakeel Ahmad Shah and Dr. Ijaz Ahmad were also accompanied by him.
DC inquire after health of patients admitted in the hospital and took feedback from patients and their attended regarding provision of medicines and other treatment facilities in the hospital. He directed the hospital management to ensure provision of free of cost medicines and all other treatment facilities to patients admitted in the hospital as usual.
He also warned that any kind of negligence and lethargic attitude of hospital staff would not be tolerated at all. MS Dr. Shakeel Ahmad Shah gave detail briefing to the DC regarding provision.
