Finance Adviser to Caretaker Chief Minister Himayat Ullah Khan has written a letter to Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar regarding the expenditure on Sehat Card and other projects of ex-tribal districts. In his letter, the finance adviser has said that the federation should manage the expenses of other projects including the Sehat card of the tribal districts.
The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council has decided that till June 2022, the federal government will bear the Sehat card costs of the tribal districts. However, until Pakhtunkhwa gets the NFC share of the tribal districts, the federation will bear the cost of the Sehat card.
