LAHORE – The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has released the model paper for Mathematics (Science Group) for the upcoming annual Matric examinations 2026.
The model paper will assist students in better understanding the exam pattern and structure.
The model paper outlines a clear paper format, with a total of 15 objective-type questions and 8 subjective-type questions.
The objective section will test students’ knowledge through multiple-choice questions, while the subjective portion will evaluate their understanding of core mathematical concepts in more detail.

The Punjab boards have also updated the examination schedule. Originally set to begin on March 3, the Matric exams will now commence on March 27, 2026, due to the timing of the holy month of Ramadan.
The results for the Matric exams are expected to be announced on August 6, 2026.
