Ambassador Dr. Zahoor congratulates Pakistani community in Sweden, Finland on Pakistan Day


On the occasion of Pakistan Day, Ambassador of Pakistan Dr. Zahoor Ahmed while congratulating the Pakistani community living in Sweden and Finland said that today, March 23, Pakistan Day is a historic day when the founders of Pakistan reached a consensus.

Passed the “Lahore Resolution” which laid the foundation for the establishment of Pakistan.

On this occasion, I would like to congratulate the people of Pakistan on believing in the vision of the Founder of Pakistan and turning it into reality.

At this time, however, we must also remember our Kashmiri brothers and sisters who are fighting for their right to self-determination under UN resolutions. The violation of human rights of Kashmiris is worrying and reprehensible.

The people of Pakistan pledge to continue their moral, diplomatic and political support to the struggle for the right of Kashmiris to self-determination.

The Ambassador of Pakistan also read out messages from the President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi and the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan.

The prestigious event began with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Saadat Mohammad Imran while Sobia hosted the event.
