AIOU, Telenor Pakistan sign two MoUs to facilitate students, tutors

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) and Telenor Pakistan have signed two Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) to collaborate for providing data bundles and Easypaisa facility to its millions of students and thousands of tutors across the country for facilitating them in their online academic activities and payments of all sorts.

The MoUs signing ceremony was presided over by Prof Dr Nasir Mahmood, Dean, Faculty of Education. Senior academic and administrative staff of the university as well as top management of Telenor participated in MoUs signing ceremony.

The MoU of data bundle was signed by the Registrar, AIOU, Sohail Rana and Mr Ghulam Nasir, Chief Business Officer of Telenor while MoU of Easypaisa was signed by the Registrar, AIOU, Sohail Rana and Umar Moheen Malik, Head, Digital Payment Easypaisa, Telenor. 20 and 50 GB bundle package would be provided to AIOU community on the rates of 500 and 900 rupees respectively on monthly basis.
