Political, religious leaders, traders to observe Black Day on Aug 5

All political and religious parties, leaders of the traders associations and refugees have jointly decided to observe Black Day on August 5 against the repeal of Kashmir’s special status by the Modi-led Indian government and continued state terrorism in occupied Kashmir.
The Indian government repealed the special status of Kashmir on August 5, last year, and divided it into two union territories besides imposing military siege and lockdown in the territory.
The President of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Movement, Bagh district, and President of Refugee Camp Hadabari Section B, Muhammad Shafi Kashmiri addressing a meeting in Bash, Azad Kashmir vowed to observe Black Day on August 5 and said that liberation was the destiny of Kashmiris.—KMS
