Hajj 2027: Pakistan announces second installment payment schedule

Hajj Training Schedule 2025 Announced Location And Dates

ISLAMABAD – The Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced that the second installment of Hajj dues for government-sponsored pilgrims for Hajj 2027 will be accepted from October 5 to October 20.

According to the ministry spokesperson, government pilgrims will be able to pay the second installment through the Pak Hajj mobile application or the Digital Hajj Portal.

Pilgrims have been advised to ensure that the second installment is paid within the specified deadline. Failure to deposit the dues by October 20 will result in the Hajj application being considered cancelled.

The ministry said that in case of cancellation, the amount already deposited will be refunded to the pilgrim’s account.

The ministry has also made it mandatory for pilgrims to upload their medical fitness certificate before submitting the second installment. The certificate can be uploaded through the Pak Hajj app or Digital Hajj Portal.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs has urged government Hajj pilgrims to complete all required formalities before the deadline to avoid cancellation of their applications.

Hajj 2027 Labour Quota Applications Open

A day earlier, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has opened its Hajj portal for institutions and privately registered companies seeking to sponsor Hajj 2027 for eligible low-income employees under the labour quota.

According to a ministry spokesperson, organisations can cover the Hajj expenses of qualifying employees from their own funds. The facility is intended for low-income workers, industrial labourers, miners and other workers who meet the eligibility criteria.

All applications must be submitted electronically through the ministry’s designated Hajj portal. Companies and institutions are required to register an account first and then provide the relevant information of the employees they wish to sponsor.

The ministry has clarified that Hajj payments under the scheme must be made directly from the bank account of the sponsoring company or institution.

Applications for the Hajj 2027 labour quota will remain open until October 10 and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
