CEO KWSC and COO inspect repair work on University Road water line

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KWSC), Engineer Syed Salahuddin Ahmed, and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Engineer Asadullah Khan, inspected the repair work on an 84 inch diameter water pipeline on University Road on Wednesday.

They were accompanied by Chief Engineer Water Trunk Main (WTM) Zafar Palijo and other officials during the visit.The KWSC officials appreciated the WTM team’s day and night efforts in repairing the water main.Chief Engineer WTM briefed the delegation, stating that the repair work would be completed late at night. Once the repairs are finalised, the water supply from the Dhabeji Pumping Station will resume, and the city’s water supply is expected to be fully restored by this afternoon.The inspection reflects KWSC’s commitment to promptly addressing urgent water infrastructure issues.
