In the meeting, M. Akram Farid said that for the development of the local industry, he emphasized the need to bring the skilled manpower to the modern requirements and said that there is a need to strengthen the industry-academia connection, he said that the market and There is a need to develop skilled manpower as per the demand of the industry, he assured of all kinds of cooperation to promote linkages between New Tech and local chambers and industry to create need-based manpower for the industrial sector.
With the needs of the industry, training programs, workplace and career guidance and the use of technology in training were also discussed. The role of IT sector is very important, today’s youth understand the importance and power of internet and are reaping financial benefits through e-commerce.
IT and e-commerce training is very important for the youth, said Chairperson Nautik. That serious consideration will be given to form an advisory council in which all important stakeholders are represented.
He said that Neotech is ready to open its facility desk in the Chamber to meet the skilled manpower requirements of the industrial sector. Sakti which includes pharmaceutical, flour mills, steel, oil and ghee and various industries, added that there are numerous opportunities in the hotel and tourism industry in the country and abroad, youth by doing short-term courses in IT and hospitality.
