Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has said that shortage of wheat was actually a conspiracy. He said that the sugar crisis was real crisis and Prime Minister Imran Khan is tightening the noose against the responsible of this crisis. Sheikh Rasheed has termed Shehbaz Sharif as friendly opposition leader and his friend.
While addressing a press conference at Railway Headquarters on Saturday, the federal minister said that Prime Minister Imran Khan will take action against those responsible for creating wheat and sugar shortage. “PM will take action against those who created shortage of wheat and sugar in country,” he said.
“The PPP and the PML-N will not scuffle with the government and their leaders will only participate in TV shows,” he added. The minister said that there was no flour crisis in the country and it was conspiracy. “However, the sugar crisis is real. Our opposition is inflation and we will have to control it,” he maintained. Speaking on the issue of Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s exit from country, he said that federal cabinet is a hurdle in way of PML-N Vice President leaving the country. “PTI would not allow those who have plundered national wealth to enjoy luxurious life abroad,” he said.
He said that Shehbaz Sharif will have to think about his politics if Maryam Nawaz goes abroad. Responding to a question, the minister said that Jamiat Ulema-e Islam Fazl Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman is not with us. “Maulana Fazl is not with us. He is going to be arrested if he decides to stage a sit-in again. Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) is a decent party. We have to see who is with us,” he said.
Referring to the issue in Kashmir he said that Modi is modern day Hitler leader who has deteriorated the situation in Kashmir. “There is a reason slogans in favour of Pakistan and Army are being raised in India,” he said. Sheikh Rasheed further said that few people want to see Imran Khan unsuccessful.
