Deputy Commissioner Sundas Irshad visited Sukheki, Kot Sarwar and PIndiBhattian to review standard of cleanliness, pace of work on ongoing schemes and treatment facilities being provided to the people of the area.
DC was inspected newly constructed building of Trauma Centre PIndiBhittian with the cost of Rs. 167 million. On this occasion, she was briefed that health department was procured necessary machinery and equipments for the Trauma Centre.
DC directed the health officers to make functional the Trauma Centre at the earliest so that people of the area could get better treatment facilities in case of any accident. She also visited THQ hospital PindiBhattian and inspected emergency and other wards of the hospital to review provision of medicines and other facilities in the hospital.
During the visit of Rural Revenue Centre SukhekiMandi, President MarkaziAnjumanTajran Sheikh Tariq Mehmood, prominent personalities including Ch. Nasrullah Khan Bhatti, Malk Muhammad Nawaz, Malik Maqsood Ahmad, Haji Lafif, EhsanUlhah Jag and Abdul ShakoorGujjar and Malik Muhammad Nawaz demanded the DC to improve sewerage system, construction of Lahore-Sargodha Road in the city, provision of clean drinking water and sprinkle of water on the both sides of the Lahore-Sargodha Road to save the life of people from dust etc. The DC listened the problems of the people patiently and directed the AC PindiBhattian Rashid Iqbal and other officers to address grievances of the people as soon as possible.
