TEL AVIV – Israeli armed forces advanced a targeted raid with tanks in northern Gaza amid fear that war could spread well beyond the Middle East.
The latest videos surface online showing military tanks and heavy vehicles rolling on a road near the fence. Occupational forces fired artillery, wreaking havoc in Gaza regions.
Occupational forces confirmed the raid, which were part of preparations for the next stages of the war. It said troops left the region at the end of the activity.
The ground assault was touted as large but limited in scope, while in reality, it was a clear and sweep operation intended to create better terms for ground operations if and when that came in.
The development comes as Tel Aviv pledged to wipe out the Palestinian group that controls Gaza, in response to its October 7 deadly terror attacks.
Occupational forces are set for ground incursion, and so far over 6,400 people, and injured a further 17,000.
A new humanitarian crisis is happening as basic supplies were cut off to Gaza residents while world powers failed to intervene.
Amid the worrisome situation, Russian President Vladimir Putin cautioned that the war could spread beyond Middle East. He said it was wrong that innocent women, children and old people in Gaza were being punished for other people’s crimes.
Several nations made proposals for wider ceasefire in UNSC and other platforms, but failed to win the minimum number of votes.
