A man was killed and five others including a woman were injured in separate incidents of violence in different areas of the metropolis, police said on Monday. According to details, unidentified armed men gunned down a man identified as Irfan in Liaqatabad area and fled the scene. Five including a woman were injured when two groups attacked each other with batons, exchanged blows and fists near LandhiManzil pump Khoi Goth.
The body and injured were shifted to different hospital and police started investigations into both incidents.
Robbers snatched thousands of rupees cash, mobile phone from Ishfaq, aEdhi volunteer in Mochko police station jurisdiction. Police registered a case into the incident and started search for culprits.
