Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi directed the administration and WASA officials to reach the field and Rescue 1122 and other institutions to make advance preparations in view of the apprehension of an emergency situation.
In a phone call, Mohsin Naqvi also directed to take prompt measures for water disposal in all districts, adding that special teams should be deployed for it at main roads and low-lying areas. CM Mohsin Naqvi outlined that the current situation arising out of continuous rains in various cities required emergency measures.
