Rescue 1122 organized more than 18 training sessions across the district in which students, teachers, industry workers, and other people received first aid training as first aid week was marked. On this occasion, the participants were given practical training on CPR, stopping bleeding, clearing airway obstruction, and firefighting.
The participants of the training sessions also demonstrated practical exercises according to the training they received. District Emergency Officer (DEO) of Rescue 1122 Dr Hussain Mian speaking during the ongoing training session regarding first aid, said that Rescue 1122 was working to respond to emergencies as well as prevent accidents.
