According to the Spokesperson Anti-Corruption Establishment Punjab the accused MNA Ch. Ashraf who was arrested by Anti-Corruption department in a case of 157 acre of State land illegally grabbed by accused was presented in the Anti-Corruption court.
The court had granted 2 days physical remand to the accused MNA.
Afterwards, accused MNA was again presented before the court for another physical remand but the court sent him to jail.
The court further adjourned hearing of the case court till 4th January.
Spokesperson said the state land grabbed by the accused MNA was successfully retrieved (157 acre).
