Punjab Bait-ul-Maal on Wednesday organized a ceremony in connection with the Christmas festivities with the participation of differently-abled persons and deserving persons belonging to religious minorities.
Punjab Minister for Human Rights Ejaz Alam Augustine, Chairman Punjab Bait-ul-Maal Malik Azam, Yudestar Chauhan MPA and others were also present. The provincial minister distributed wheelchairs, bed sheets and cash among the needy.
Addressing the event, Ejaz Alam said the government was committed to serving humanity while Punjab Bait-ul-Maal considered service to the people as its priority agenda.
