Provincial Secretary Population Welfare, Punjab, Muhammad Masood Mukhtar has visited different population welfare centres in the district Hafizabad, on Wednesday.
He reviewed performance of employees and healthcare and other facilities being provided in the population welfare centres.
He checked corona vaccination process at the centres and asked questions regarding from patients regarding available facilities at the centres.
Secretary Population Punjab lauded performance of the officers and officials of the District Hafizabad.
Additional Secretary Naila Iltaf, District Officer Population Welfare Hafizabad Muhammad Atif Ali and District Health Officer Dr. Meer Ishfaq also accompanied by him.
Meanwhile Deputy Commissioner Hafizabad Rana Saleem Ahmad Khan has said that performance of officers and employees of health, education, livestock, population welfare and other department is laudable and they work hard during Reach to Every Door corona vaccination campaign and make successful this campaign to achieve target fixed by the government in the district.
He expressed these views while distributing commendation certificates and honorary shields among doctors, health workers and employees of other departments who showed good performance during RED corona vaccination drive in the district.
CEO Health Dr. Rehan Azhar, DHO Dr. Meer Ishfaq, DEO Nargis Arif, Additional Director Livestock Dr. Sijjad Ahmad , Manager BHFMC Masood Nabi Wahla, MS DHQ Hospital Dr. Ifzal Hussain Sandhela, and employees and officers of different department attended the function.
DC said that by the grace of almighty Allah, 83 percent people were vaccinated in the district according to the health department.
He said that second phase of RED corona vaccination would continue till the end of this month and we would achieve the target of corona vaccination to continue our efforts in the district as like first phase.
Mutual coordination will be played key role in making RED campaign successful in the district, he hoped. At the end of function, commendation certificates and shield were given to officers and employees.
