The 17th National Undergraduate Medical Research Conference (UMR) concluded on a high note at Peshawar Medical Peshawar, bringing together a diverse array of young researchers, esteemed educators and professionals. The event showcased groundbreaking research and underscored a commitment to harnessing scientific inquiry for the betterment of society.
Prominent figures in the field graced the occasion, with Prof. Dr. Anis Ahmad, Vice-Chancellor of Riphah International University, as the chief guest of the closing ceremony. Dr. Iftikhar Hussain, CEO, Prof. Dr. Hafizur Rahman, Dean , PMC and Prof. Dr. Saeed Anwar, Executive Director, Prof. Dr. Aman Khan, Principal ,PMC, and Prof. Dr. Shamim Akhtar, Principal , PDC were also in attendance. Students and faculty from leading academic institutions across the country gathered to witness the enlightening exchange of knowledge and ideas.
Prof. Dr. Mohammad Irfan, Dr. Hala Rajab, Director of UMR and Abdullah Kamil Khalil spoke on the occasion. The event was conducted under the auspices of the Department of Undergraduate Medical Research at Peshawar Medical in collaboration with PMC, Peshawar Dental College, and Rufaidah Nursing College.
