20 outlaws held, narcotics, bikes, other valuables recovered



The police arrested 20 outlaws including drug pushers, gamblers and recovered narcotics, stake money, bikes, cell phones and gambler material during separate actions in different areas of Rawalpindi on Friday.

SSP Operations, Waseem Riaz Khan said that the police launched crackdowns against drug peddlers in Ratta Amral, Morgah, Wah Cantt, Saddar, Sadiqabad, RA Bazaar, Dhamial, Kahuta areas of Rawalpindi district. During separate actions, 12 drug peddlers including Suleman, Kamran, Hafeez, Nasir, Shujaat, Ibrar, Tufail, Babar Shehzad, Ferozuddin, Jamil and Nomal were apprehended with over six kilogram hashish and 30 litres liquor. SP Saddar Muhammad Nabeel said that Gujar Khan police arrest seven people including Zubair, Rashid, Raees, Ehtisham, Najjam, Junaid and Ikhlaq gambling on cocks fight, confiscated 38,710 rupees stake money, two motorcycles, nine mobile phones and two cocks. —INP
