A wapda employee was poisoned to death by friends while body of an unidentified woman was recovered here on Saturday.
According to details, wapda employee Nasir 30, hailing from Warispura was invited by friends for luncheon and poisoned him to death.
After being spotted by passersby, the police took into custody body of an unknown woman from canal at Abdullah Bridge, Samundri Road, Faisalabad.
The bodies were shifted to hospital and police after registering separate cases in both incidents started investigations.—INP
