SHIMLA – A disturbing incident at Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC) in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, sent shockwaves as a doctor was caught on camera beating a patient amid a verbal spat.
The clip sparked outrage on social media, showing doctor relentlessly assaulting patient while bystanders desperately try to intervene. The victim Arjun Pawar reportedly visited the hospital for a routine endoscopy procedure.
After the procedure, the patient started experiencing breathing difficulties and was shifted to another ward. The patient’s family claims that when they approached the doctor for assistance, he responded with rudeness and unprofessional behavior, escalating tensions into a violent confrontation.
