In second match of the series, Quinton de Kock’s 22nd ODI hundred helped South Africa beat Pakistan by eight wickets in the second ODI at the Iqbal Stadium on Thursday evening.
South Africa chased down the 270-run target in 40.1 overs. de Kock (123 not out, 119b, 8x4s, 7x6s) combined with Tony de Zorzi (76, 63b, 9x4s, 3x6s) knitted a 153-run partnership for the second wicket to lead the chase. Opening batter Lhuan-dre-Pretorius scored a 40-ball 46 including seven fours and one six.
