Sindh govt to promote tourism: Qasim

Syed Qasim Naveed Qamar, Special Assistant to Chief Minister Sindh on Investment Department and Public Private Partnership Projects, has said that the efforts of the Sindh government to promote tourism in the province are commendable and the information desk on Sindh tourist sites at Karachi Airport will definitely promote tourism in the province.

He said this while talking to media on the occasion of inauguration ceremony of establishment of tourist facility center at Karachi Airport by Sindh Tourism Department.

On the occasion, Minister for Tourism Syed Sardar Ali Shah, Special Assistant to Chief Minister Sindh on Investment Department and Public Private Partnership Projects Syed Qasim Naveed and board members of STDC inaugurated the event.

Syed Qasim Naveed Qamar added, ‘ Sindh is rich in terms of tourism, history and civilization and there is a need to highlight its civilization and this process of Sindh Tourism Department will give an opportunity to foreign tourists to see Sindh tourism’. He said that Sindh is a province with a history of thousands of years.
