Police on Tuesday busted a two member robbers’ gang involved in Rs 3.10 million day broad light robbery heist and recovered the looted booty.
Police sources said that Hazrat Meer Khan has reported to Hassanabdal Police on May 22 that he was going to home after drawing cash worth Rs 1 million and gold ornaments worth Rs 2.10 million when two masked men riding on a motorcycle intercepted him in his street and on gunpoint snatched the bag and fled with looted booty successfully.
Later police through human and digital intelligence traced this suspects identified as Tayub and Aakash who during the preliminary interrogation confessed their involvement in robbery.
