Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) nominated Chief Minister for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur has said PTI was strictly opposed to confrontational politics, yet it has been holding protests countrywide as the Party’s mandate was stolen under a planned conspiracy and fake FIRs were being registered against the PTI leadership.

Also the Election Commission of Pakistan has on Sunday issued the notification of Ali Amin Gandpur declaring him triumphant from NA 44 and PK 113 constituency of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

“We don’t want confrontation with anybody but certain forces are trying to push us to the wall as they were afraid of the PTI that has emerged as the most popular party of the country”. Gandapur said while talking to media persons on Sunday. He lamented that depriving the PTI from the emblem Bat under a planning caused major blow to the Party as had it gone in the elections with its iconic symbol would have swept the elections.

The PTI nominated Chief Minister warned against attempts to arrest him adding doing so would lead to the insult of Pakistan in the comity of nation. He wowed to effectively fight for the due rights of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa without indulging into any kind of confrontation. “We all have to advance further and wage battle for seeking the rights of the KP province”. Said Ali Amin Gandapur, who has been actively engaged in Peshawar for several days, evolving a strategy on government formation and charting the province’s future course.

Gandapur said we have been striving to protect the reserved seats in the assemblies and for that matter filing a writ in the court besides establishing contacts with other parties. He said the KP assembly session can be held any time after February 22.

He pledged to put the province on the path of development and prosperity after taking over the reign adding justice would prevail in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and PTI would never resort to victimizing the political opponents. Gandapur said the elements involved in large scale rigging have been exposed to the masses and demanded of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to declare the party’s candidates winners from the constituencies where they lost due to massive rigging.
