LAHORE – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Monday unveiled T20I World Cup 2024 kit of Pakistan cricket team.
Skipper Babar Azam, wicket-keeper batter Mohammad Rizwan, left-arm pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi, right-arm fast bowler Naseem Shah, all-rounder Shadab Khan and others posed with the Matrix Jersey in a video shared by the PCB on its official website.
The 15-member World Cup squad will be chosen from 18 players named for Ireland and England T20I series on May 22. For this World Cup, 20 teams are divided into four groups. Pakistan is in Group A along with arch-rival India, Ireland, Canada and the United States.
Top two teams from each group will qualify for the Super 8 stage. Teams once again will be divided into two groups of four, from which the top two teams will make their way to the semi-final and then the winners will play the final on June 29.
