ISLAMABAD – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a change in the timings for the T20I series between Pakistan and Australia, citing adverse weather conditions in Lahore.
According to the new schedule, the start time for the matches will now be 4:00 pm, with the toss taking place at 3:30 pm.
Initially, the PCB had scheduled the toss for 5:30 pm and the first ball to be bowled at 6:00 pm. However, due to the ongoing cold weather and foggy conditions, the board decided to reschedule the timings to ensure that the matches proceed smoothly without any interruptions.
This move aims to provide relief to both players and spectators by minimizing the impact of the weather on the game and ensuring that the matches begin on time.
Pakistan will face Australia in a three-match T20I series on 29th and 31st January, and 1st February at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
