No shortage of flour in Hafizabad

The Deputy Commissioner, Hafizabad, Naveed Shahzad Mirza has said that there is no shortage of flour in the district Hafizabad and supply of wheat to flour mills have been increased in the district.
While talking to journalists at Hafizabad, today, he said that supply of wheat to flour mills was increased from 42 tons to 84 tons daily to meet the demand of consumers in the district Hafizabad.
He said that flour mills were supplying 2730 bags of 20 kg each daily in the market and 20 kg bag of flour was available at the rate of Rs.860/= in the market in abundance.
He said that supply and demand of the flour was strictly monitoring on daily basis and he warned that punitive action would be taken against profiteers and hoarders in the district.
He said that Price Magistrates were visiting markets regularly to ensure provision of essential commodities to the people on reasonable and fixed prices.
