LAHORE – The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) continued operations against illegal commercial use in Lahore.
On Friday, the LDA teams sealed more than 12 businesses on Peco Road, Township for not paying commercialization fees. The sealed premises include NMP Pharmacy, The Learners City College, Ceramic Pro, C-Solar, a clinical laboratory and offices. Director Town Planning Zone-III Sidra Tabassum supervised the operation which was carried out with the help of enforcement teams and Police.
As per the LDA officials, several notices were served to these buildings’ owners before the operation.
LDA Director General Tahir Farooq has directed continuing indiscriminate operations against violations of building and parking bylaws, encroachments, and illegal commercial use in Lahore.
