Sindh Minister for Minority Affairs Giyanchand Essrani, on Wednesday, took notice of the brutal murder of a widow in Sanghar district and directed concerned police officers to arrest the accused involved.
The minister, in a statement issued here, strongly condemned the incident in which a widow belonging to Bheel community was brutally murdered in village Deputy near Sinjhoro town of District Sanghar and her mutilated corpses were thrown in a nearby Mustard crop field. He termed it an act of extreme brutality and vowed that persons involved in the inhuman and barbaric crime would be put behind the bars soon.
Essrani said that he has sought a report of the incident from DIG Shaheed Benazirabad and SSP Sanghar and has directed them to register case of the tragic incident and apprehend the culprit at the earliest.
