Karachi, Hyderabad, Sindh weather update; temperatures continue to soar

LAHORE – Temperatures will continue to rise in Karachi, Hyderabad and most parts of Sindh due to the persistent dry weather during this week.

As per the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), continental air prevails over most parts of Pakistan.

Under these conditions, mainly hot and dry weather is expected in Karachi, Hyderabad and most parts of Sindh on Monday evening/night and the following 2-3 days. Day temperatures will gradually increase in the port city and most parts of the province.

Karachi’s maximum temperatures will likely remain between 36-38 degrees Celsius on Tuesday and 37-39 C on Wednesday.

Hyderabad’s maximum temperatures will likely remain between 40-42 C on Tuesday and on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, hot and dry weather prevailed in Karachi, Hyderabad and most parts of the province during the last 24 hours.

Jacobabad remained the hottest place in the province where the maximum temperature was recorded at 46 C. In Karachi, maximum temperature was recorded at 36 C. Relative humidity during the evening was recorded at 47 per cent.

In Hyderabad, maximum temperature was recorded at 43 C. Relative humidity during the evening was recorded at 61 per cent.
