“Haq Do Karachi Rally” is voice of the heart of people: Hafiz Naeem

Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman has said that “Haq Do Karachi Rally” on March 28 will prove to be the strength of the people of Karachi and the voice of the heart of the people of Karachi.

‘The people should support the movement of Jamaat-e-Islami and there will be a rally on March 28 in any case.

The people should fully participate in the “Haq Do Karachi Rally” from Quaidabad to Governor House on Shahra-e-Faisal.”

He expressed these views while addressing a press conference at Noor-e-Haq on the occasion of “Haq Do Karachi Rally” in connection with “Haqooq Karachi Tehreek”.

Deputy Chiefs of Karachi Dr. Osama Razi, Raja Arif Sultan, Deputy Secretary Karachi Rashid Qureshi, Deputy Secretary Information Karachi Sohaib Ahmed were also present on the occasion.

Hafiz Naeem further said that the Prime Minister came to Karachi last year when even the flood-hit villages were submerged in the rains and left after announcing a package of Rs 1100 billion.

“What has been done so far for construction, development and rehabilitation? He demanded that the youth of Karachi should be given jobs, the federal and provincial governments should stop joking with the people of Karachi and solve the basic problems.”

He said that the federal and provincial governments do not seem serious in solving the problems of the citizens, where are the elected representatives of MQM, PPP and PTI.

MQM is making noise to open occupied offices with 2 ministries. But there is no interest in the problems of the people, while Jamaat-e-Islami served the people under Naimatullah Khan and Abdul Sattar Afghani.

He said that the fate of Green Line project in Karachi also looks like BRT project of Peshawar.
