Governor lauds services of Bohra community


The services rendered by Dawoodi Bohra community in the field of education are undoubtedly commendable. The whole of Pakistan is proud of these services rendered by the Bohra community.

These views were expressed by Sindh Governor Imran Ismail at HH Karachi University Addressing the groun- breaking ceremony of Dr. SyednaMufazal Saifuddin Faculty of Law, he said that Dr. SyednaMufazal Saifuddin, the head of Bohra community, is an world renowned personality and intellectual. He was committed to the development of the sector. This event is a link in the same chain. In addition to Vice Chancellor Dr. Khalid M. Iraqi and other officials of Karachi University, a delegation of Dawoodi Bohra community also participated in the event. Law programs are running and more than 800 students are enrolled in these programs. Building a new faculty with state-of-the-art facilities will help address the current dynamics of legal science. Earlier, His Excellency Dr. Syedna Muhammad Burhanuddin, the father of His Excellency Dr. SyednaMufzal Saifuddin, inaugurated the Department of Genetics at Karachi University in 2004.
