Federal Cabinet approves Imran Nasir’s appointment as PASCO Chairman

The Federal Cabinet meeting on Tuesday approved appointment of Imran Nasir as a Chairman PASCO.
Federal cabinet meeting was held in chair of Prime Minister Imran Khan wherein detail discussion held over to relieve EP wing from the control of the Ministry of information and broadcasting.
The ministers argued over to shift the EP wing from the ministry of information to the foreign ministry. While the federal ministers, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Fawad Chaudhry, Shafqat Mahmood and Sherrin Mazari supported shifting of the EP wing to the foreign ministry.
Prime Minister Special Assistant on information and broadcasting defended the EP wing control in her ministry.
The huddle also has approved establishment of the Federal Government Housing Authority. The cabinet meeting approved appointment of Arif Ahmed Khan as a Chairman of Trade Development Authority.
