Farewell ceremony held in honour of ex DG PWD


A farewell ceremony was organized by Population Welfare Department (PWD), Government of the Punjab in the honor of former Director Generals of the department. The event was graced by Secretary Population Welfare Salman Ijaz, Director General Ms. Saman Rai and former Director Generals of Population Welfare including Ms. Ayesha Hameed and Muhammad Malik Bhulla.

Floral bouquets and honorary shields were presented to Ms. Ayesha Hameed and Muhammad Malik Bhulla in appreciation of their services to the department. Ayesha Hameed, presently posted as Secretary Archives & Libraries Wing and Muhammad Malik Bhulla currently serving as Secretary Livestock and Dairy Development Department, Government of the Punjab expressed their gratitude on the occasion. The farewell officers shared their experience and challenges while working in the Population Welfare Department as Director Generals. Both Director Generals thanked the current leadership of PWD for their hospitality and acknowledgement.

Additional Secretary (A&F) Talha Hussain Faisal, Director (A&F) Shahid Nusrat, Director (PME) Dr. Zubda Riaz, Additional Director (M&E) Mrs. Bushra Naveed, Deputy Director IEC Muhammad Akhtar Bhatti, Director TR&P Mrs. Noor Afshan, Principal RTI Madam Rakshana and other officers and officials of the department attended the ceremony.
